Warranty Claims
Warranty can only be claimed for manufacturing defects of the product. In cases where the product is tampered, contains physical damages or has been misused, warranty will not be applicable. Warranty is not applicable for liquid damages, high voltage power damages, violation of manufacturer terms & use for uncommon activities.
Warranty for power banks applies only to the battery. Warranty for power banks is not applicable for damages caused by overcharging or charging with power adapters and cables that don’t provide the optimal power input for the power bank.
We require 2-7 business days to check the product and provide a replacement. The process may take longer for power banks.
Exchange & Return Policy
A product can be exchanged or returned as long as it’s in the brand-new state and the original box you received is in it. If the seal is broken, the box is missing, the box is damaged, the product is missing any element, or if the product is damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
In case of a return, the delivery charge will not be refunded. A 3% handling fee will not be refunded for payments made by card. You will only receive the refund to your bank account after we receive the product at our office and verify its condition. The delivery charge is non-refundable.
In case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay an additional delivery charge.
The exchange and Return period is seven days from the date of invoice.
